Renovation of Rømersgade

Recently we have begun the renovation and transformation of a traditional courtyard building originally designed by architect Julius Bagger and dating back to 1880.

With its wealth of detail, it is a magnificent example of classicist Copenhagen, built with the in the late 1880ies.

Forma was appointed by building owner K. W. Bruun as the architect for the property to re-establish two original mansion apartments in the tenancies that are today furnished as outdated club rooms.

The roof of the property will also be transformed into penthouse apartments inscribed on the existing roof volume. The construction will be raised and with a consistent placement of new dormers, the roof of the property will rise like the neighboring properties.
